Receta Cajun Spice Potatoes

- Pre-blanch potatoes to cooked but hard consistency.
- Cold and cut into 1/2 inch to inch slices, leaving skin on.
- Lay flat in a large preparation pan or possibly cookie sheet and drizzle oil over slices.
- Rub oil on to coat.
- Sprinkle on liberal amounts of Cajun spice.
- Turn slices over and repeat process.
- Lay on preheated grill at medium high heat for about 3 to 5 min, turning often.
