Ingredientes

  • 1 tsp dry thyme
  • 1 tsp dry oregano
  • 1 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 3/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 4 piece cod fillet - (abt 6 ounce ea)
  • 6 Tbsp. butter melted

Direcciones

  1. Place all the herbs in a bowl and mix well, then spread them proportionately on a large platter.
  2. Dip the cod fillets in the melted butter, then press onto the herbs on the plate, turning once and pressing the herbs into the other side.
  3. Grill the fillets over medium-high heat. The fish is done when it just begins to flake.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
