Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 2 x - 1 oz squares of unsweetened chocolate Pace on medium heat till well blended, stirring occasionally , cold slightly and add in to flour mix below
  • 1 lb light brown sugar
  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Direcciones

  1. (Mix together in a large bowl getting all lumps out of brown sugar.)
  2. Separate two Large eggs, beat yolks in 1/2 c. buttermilk, add in 1 1/2 tsp soda and 1 tsp vanilla, then add in to above mix. Beat remaining egg whites till hard like meringue and mix in to batter. Pour in to well greased 9 x 13 pan (metal)
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 min. After cakes comes out, start frosting.
  4. Frosting
  5. Combine 1 c. sugar and 4 rounded Tbsp. of flour in sauce pan (stir together) then add in 1 c. water and 2 (1 ounce.) squares of unsweetened chocolate, cook over medium heat stirring constantly till thickens, spread over cake.
