Receta California Chef's Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1 dsh Red pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Catsup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. Chili sauce
- 2 x Tomatoes, cut in wedges
- 8 c. Torn salad greens
- 1/4 c. Sliced green onions
- 2 x Cucumbers, sliced
- 4 slc Salami or possibly cooked ham (thin) cut in strips
- 1/2 c. Cubed cooked Turkey =Or possibly=- Chicken Chopped parsley
Direcciones
- Combine mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, red pepper, lemon juice, catsup, Worcestershire and chili sauce. Chill.
- To make salad, toss tomatoes, greens, green onions and cucumbers together.
- Place in deep salad bowl and top with salami and turkey. Serve dressing separately in sauce bowl, sprinkled with parsley.
