- 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoon honey
- Whole-wheat bread slices, toasted
- Alfalfa sprouts
- Swiss cheese slices
- Thin tomato slices
- Thin peeled avocado slices
- Slices turkey breast
Direcciones
- Put together mayonnaise, mustard and honey; mix well. For each sandwich, spread one toast slice with mayonnaise mix. Cover with sprouts, cheese, tomatoes, and second toast slice. Top with avocado, turkey and third toast slice spread with mayonnaise mix.
