- 9 cloves garlic, peeled
- 2 Tbsp Gallo Family Vineyards merlot wine
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 8 kalamata olives
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas (or 1 14-ounce can)
- 2 roasted and peeled red bell peppers, coarsely chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Calzone Mummies
- 1 1-lb package frozen pizza dough (or make your own)
- Mozzarella cheese, grated
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
