Ingredientes

  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 teaspoon or possibly 1 pkg. active dry yeast
  • 1/8 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 c. tepid water
  • 3/4 - 1 c. cool lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 T extra virgin olive oil

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in tepid water. Put flour in bowl. Add in yeast mix, 3/4 cup lowfat milk, salt and oil. Stir till dough masses. Let rest for 5 min. Turn dough onto floured board, knead 50 strokes. Let rest 2 min, knead 20 more strokes. Let rise till double, 1 1/2 hrs. Roll in small circles, fill with desired filling. Press edges together as a turnover. Prick tops and brush with egg beaten with water. Bake at 350 degrees till brown and hollow sounding, approximately 15 to 20 ] min. Makes approximately 10. May be used for pizza crust.
