Ingredientes

  • 1 x Cool roast duck cut serving pcs
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 med Onion minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 c. Condensed chicken consomme Juice of 1 orange Grated rind of 1 orange
  • 1/4 c. Dry red wine Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter and soften onion in it. Stir in the flour and brown it. Add in consomme and simmer for 10 min. Add in orange juice and grated rind, wine and duck pcs. Season to taste and simmer gently for 30 min.
  2. This recipe yields 2 servings.
