Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 ounce Roquefort cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 tsp Lowfat sour cream
  • 3 slc White bread
  • 6 Tbsp. Beluga caviar Lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. In mixing bowl, blend together Roquefort cheese, butter, and lowfat sour cream.
  2. Toast bread. Spread toast with Roquefort cheese mix. Top each canape with 2 Tbsp. caviar. Add in a few drops of lemon juice. Cut each canape into 4 equal strips.
  3. Makes 12 canapes.
  4. Suggested Wine: Chilled champagne
