Ingredientes

  • 3 lb carrots, sliced diagonally
  • 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. light margarine
  • 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
  • 3/4 c. jellied cranberry sauce
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Direcciones

  1. Boil carrots 8 to 10 min, should still be crisp. Drain. Heat margarine in small saucepan. Add in remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly, till cranberry sauce melts. Pour over carrots. Stir well!!
  2. Serves 10.
