Mix and combine all the ingredients, knead the smooth dough. Shape the dough into a roll, flatten slightly and bake in the oven at 170°C for about 25 minutes.

Leave the baked roll to cool slightly, then cut into 1 inch slices.

Arrange slices on a baking sheet and dry in the switched off oven.
4.
Store the cantuccini in a metal box, tightly closed, for up to one week.
