Receta Capicola & Swiss Cheese Grilled Sandwich
Delicious lunch option for one!
Ingredientes
- 3 slices Deli Capicola
- 2 Slices Swiss Cheese
- 2 tablespoons sweet cream butter
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- Side of Gherkin Pickles
Direcciones
- On a grill or griddle pan (Or skillet) add buttered bread slices, add capicola & swiss cheese to the half slice cover with the other slice (butter side up), cook 3 minutes, flip over and cook the other side 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and sandwich is a golden brown
- Cut in half, serve with a side of a few gherkin pickles
- Perfect lunch for one
