  1. On a grill or griddle pan (Or skillet) add buttered bread slices, add capicola & swiss cheese to the half slice cover with the other slice (butter side up), cook 3 minutes, flip over and cook the other side 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and sandwich is a golden brown
  2. Cut in half, serve with a side of a few gherkin pickles
  3. Perfect lunch for one
  4. Enjoy!
