Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. Cake flour
  • 1 1/4 c. All purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. Cocoa pwdr
  • 1/4 c. Brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. Decaffinaeted Folgers Crystals
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 6 Tbsp. Butter, softened
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. Half-n-half
  • 2 x Large eggs Zest of two oranges, chopped
  • 6 ounce Finely minced bittersweet chocolate

Direcciones

  1. Butter 12 large muffin c.. Stir together flours, cocoa pwdr, sugars, baking pwdr, folgers. In another bowl, beat butter, half-n-half, lowfat sour cream, and Large eggs till smooth. Mix in dry ingredients, orange zest, and chcocolate into egg cream mix. Mix lightly until just moistened. Fill prepared muffin c. 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees until tops are hard, about 15 min.
