Ingredientes

  • 6 slc bread slices -- day-old, cubed
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 1 c. packed dark brown sugar
  • 4 x Large eggs -- lightly beaten
  • 2 c. hot lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Direcciones

  1. Place bread in a greased 2-qt baking dish. Combine water and brown sugar; pour over bread. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over bread. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 50 to 60 min or possibly till a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Serve hot or possibly cool.
  2. Yield: 8 servings.
