Receta Caramel Bread Pudding

Ingredientes
- 6 slc bread slices -- day-old, cubed
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 c. packed dark brown sugar
- 4 x Large eggs -- lightly beaten
- 2 c. hot lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp salt
Direcciones
- Place bread in a greased 2-qt baking dish. Combine water and brown sugar; pour over bread. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over bread. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 50 to 60 min or possibly till a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Serve hot or possibly cool.
- Yield: 8 servings.
