Ingredientes

  • 1 3/4 c. Quaker Oats, uncooked (quick or possibly old-fashioned)
  • 1 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 3/4 c. Brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt (optional)
  • 3/4 c. Margarine or possibly butter, melted
  • 1 c. Minced nuts
  • 6 ounce Semisweet chocolate pcs
  • 1 c. Topping (buttscotch caramel fudge)
  • 1/4 c. All-purpose flour

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Combine oats, 1-1/2 c. flour, brown sugar, baking soda and salt; mix well. Add in margarine; mix till crumbly. Reserve 1 c. for topping; set aside.
  2. Press remaining oat mix onto bottom of prepared pan. Bake 10 to 12 min or possibly till light golden; cold 10 min. Top with nuts and chocolate pcs. Combine caramel topping and 1/4 c. flour, mixing till smooth; drizzle over chocolate pcs to within 1/4-inch of edge.
  3. Sprinkle with reserved oat mix. Bake 18 to 22 min or possibly till golden. Cold completely; cut into bars. Store tightly covered.
