Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 c. Warm water
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 x Egg yolks

Direcciones

  1. Bring brown sugar and butter to a boil in saucepan. Thin out with the warm water.Mix the cornstarch,vanilla and yolks of 2 Large eggs with a little water and add in to warm mix, stir till thickened. Cold and put in baked pie shell.Make meringue and put on top.Brown in 350 oven 10 minutes.
