%20is%20top%20chef%20Carl%20Casper%20who%20.%20.%20.%20%20refusing%20to%20compromise%20his%20creative%20integrity%20.%20.%20.%20%20quits%20his%20job%20in%20a%20glitzy%20LA%20restaurant%20and%20goes%20back%20to%20his%20cooking%20roots.%20%20Taking%20to%20the%20road%20in%20a%20fast%20food%20truck,%20Carl%20reignites%20his%20passion%20for%20the%20kitchen,%20reconnects%20with%20his%20family%20and%20finds%20a%20new%20zest%20for%20love%20and%20life.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20film%20also%20stars%20Dustin%20Hoffman,%20Robert%20Downey%20Jnr,%20Sofia%20Vergara,%20Scarlett%20Johansson%20and%20John%20Leguizamo.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAn%20all-star%20case%20unite%20to%20cook%20up%20a%20classic%20comedy%20film.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%22Wonderfully%20feel-good!%22%20-%20Heat%20Magazine%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%22Funny%20and%20Touching!%22%20-%20Daily%20Star%20Sunday%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhat%20we%20thought%20of%20it:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFirst%20of%20all%20it's%20filled%20with%20bad%20language%20which%20begins%20right%20off%20the%20bat.%20%20I%20suppose%20that%20is%20why%20it's%20rated%20%2215%22.%20%20%20Normally%20we%20would%20not%20have%20persevered%20with%20it%20because%20of%20all%20the%20bad%20language,%20but%20we%20did%20.%20.%20.%20%20and%20I%20have%20to%20say%20that%20.%20.%20.%20%20other%20than%20all%20of%20the%20swearing%20.%20.%20.%20%20we%20quite%20enjoyed%20this%20film.%20%20%20We%20found%20all%20of%20the%20characters%20likable%20and%20believable.%20%20As%20a%20food%20aficionado%20and%20an%20ex-chef%20myself,%20I%20could%20really%20empathise%20with%20Favreau's%20character%20Carl%20Casper's%20desire%20to%20want%20to%20cook%20really%20good%20food%20and%20expand%20his%20repertoire%20in%20the%20restaurant%20as%20well%20as%20his%20feelings%20of%20being%20stifled%20by%20the%20set%20%22unchanging%22%20menu%20and%20desires%20of%20the%20restaurant%20owner%20for%20everything%20to%20stay%20the%20same.%20%20I%20could%20also%20empathise%20with%20his%20feelings%20of%20anger%20at%20the%20social%20media%20haranguing%20he%20received%20via%20Twitter%20and%20other%20social%20platforms.%20%20I%20felt%20his%20pain.%20%20I%20loved%20watching%20him%20cooking%20and%20experimenting.%20%20Without%20giving%20too%20much%20away,%20I%20loved%20the%20relationship%20which%20developed%20between%20him%20and%20his%20son%20as%20the%20film%20went%20along.%20%20I%20thought%20the%20film%20had%20a%20nice%20ambiance%20and%20the%20food%20looked%20absolutely%20delicious.%20%20%20(Apparently%20Favreau%20trained%20extensively%20as%20a%20cook%20prior%20to%20production%20and%20it%20shows.)%20%20The%20music%20sound%20track%20was%20positively%20invigorating,%20a%20very%20vibrant%20mix!%20%20I%20quite%20enjoyed%20and%20would%20buy%20the%20sound%20track%20just%20to%20listen%20to%20it.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20found%20this%20film%20to%20be%20very%20entertaining%20and%20quite%20enjoyed%20it.%20%20However%20if%20you%20have%20children%20in%20the%20house%20and%20don't%20like%20hearing%20bad%20language,%20I%20wouldn't%20recommend%20it.%20%20If%20you%20are%20able%20to%20overlook%20that%20though,%20I%20would%20highly%20recommend%20it.%20%20%20We%20both%20enjoyed%20it%20very%20much.%20%20Thankfully%20there%20was%20no%20sex%20or%20violence%20in%20it!%20%20Just%20plenty%20of%20good%20food,%20an%20entertaining%20story%20and%20some%20likeable%20characters.%20%20%20I%20would%20give%20it%202%20thumbs%20up.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENow%20on%20to%20the%20snacks.%20%20%20Popcorn%20is%20the%20usual%20thing%20thatyou%20might%20have%20if%20you%20were%20going%20out%20to%20see%20a%20film%20at%20the%20cinema%20and%20it%20was%20no%20different%20here%20at%20home,%20with%20the%20main%20difference%20being%20.%20.%20.%20%20it%20wasn't%20stale.%20%20It%20was%20delicious,%20and%20.%20.%20.%20%20it%20didn't%20cost%20an%20arm%20and%20a%20leg.%20%20%E2%98%BA%20%20%20Quick%20and%20easy%20to%20make.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E*Caramel%20Popcorn*%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMakes%2012%20servings%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EA%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Edelicious%20snack%20fow%20when%20you%20watching%20movies%20together%20as%20a%20family,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Epackaged%20up%20and%20given%20as%20gifts%20for%20Christmas,%20or%20as%20a%20tasty%20share%20around%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eon%20Bonfire%20Night!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHave%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eready%20two%20large%20nonstick%20baking%20trays%20which%20you%20have%20lightly%20buttered.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHeat%20the%20oil%20in%20a%20large%20pan%20which%20has%20a%20lid.%20%20Add%20the%20popcorn%20%20%20Cover%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eand%20cook%20for%203%20to%204%20minutes,%20shaking%20the%20pan%20occasionally%20until%20the%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Epopping%20stops.%20%20Tip%20into%20a%20large%20bowl.%20%20(You%20may%20need%20to%20do%20this%20in%20two%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ebatches%20depending%20on%20the%20size%20of%20your%20pan.)%20%20Wipe%20the%20pan%20out%20with%20a%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Epiece%20of%20kitchen%20paper%20and%20then%20add%20the%20butter,%20sugar%20and%20honey.%20%20Cook,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Estirring%20gently,%20until%20the%20sugar%20dissolves.%20%20Bring%20to%20the%20boil%20and%20allow%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eto%20boil%20rapidly,%20without%
