Ingredientes

  • 300 gm Caster sugar, (11oz)
  • 1 x Pineapple cut into rings
  • 250 ml Double cream, (10fl ounce)
  • 4 Tbsp. Double cream, (from a tin) (50ml)
  • 4 Tbsp. Dark rum

Direcciones

  1. Heat the sugar and caramelise in a wide shallow pan, add in splash of water to stop process. Add in the pineapple and cook for 10 mintues.
  2. Meanwhile combine the rest and whip till stiff. Serve the pineapple on plates and garnish with the cream.
