Caramelized Onions

Tasty onions to use in your favorite dish or as a topping for meat or vegetables.

Ingredientes

  • 2 lbs Onion, sliced thin
  • 2 T Olive Oil
  • 1 t Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 t Salt
  • 1 T Water

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil over med/high until hot. Add onion, br sugar & salt. Cook stirring occasionally until onions begin to brown (approx 15 mins.).
  2. Reduce heat to med/low and cook until golden brown (approx 20 mins.) Add water and stir then cover and let sit off heat for 2-3 mins.
