2/3 c. All- purpose flour

1 tsp cardamom, ground. 3. sift tog. In small bowl, add into mix into

creamed mix. stir til soft dough formes

Press into 8" roun shortbread mold or
-
9" cake pan.

Bake 25-30 min or til lite brown.

Cool in pan 10 min; loosen edges with knife.

Invert onto cutting bd.

If necess. Tap edge of pan on cutting bd.

Cut shortbread into wedged.

Cool completely.Stir in an airtight container.
