Receta Cardamom Shortbread
Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1/4 granulated sugar. 1. Blend in Med bowl til fluffy
- 1 c. Quick cook oats
- 1 tsp vanilla 2. Stir in.
- 2/3 c. All- purpose flour
- 1 tsp cardamom, ground. 3. sift tog. In small bowl, add into mix into
- creamed mix. stir til soft dough formes
- Press into 8" roun shortbread mold or
- 9" cake pan.
- Bake 25-30 min or til lite brown.
- Cool in pan 10 min; loosen edges with knife.
- Invert onto cutting bd.
- If necess. Tap edge of pan on cutting bd.
- Cut shortbread into wedged.
- Cool completely.Stir in an airtight container.
