Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb Fillets
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp White pepper
  • 1 can Tomato paste -- (6 ounce)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Coconut extract (that is Fat-free)
  • 1/2 c. Water

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven at 350. Place fillets in baking pan lined with foil, with cooking spray. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Bake, uncovered, for 30 min.
