Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Yellow cornmeal
  • 1 c. Flour, all-purpose
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 c. Salad oil
  • 1 lrg Egg
  • 1 can Creamed corn, (8 1/2 ounce)
  • 1/2 c. Plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 c. Monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. Habanero chiles, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Anaheim chili pepper, chopped

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl, stir to combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking pwdr, and salt.
  2. Add in oil, egg, corn, yogurt, cheese, habaneros, and Anaheims. Stir till ingredients are proportionately moistened.
  3. Pour batter into an oiled 8-inch square pan. Bake in a 375 F. oven till bread is a golden and begins to pull from pan sides, 30-35 min.
