Receta Caribbean Habanero Cornbread

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Yellow cornmeal
- 1 c. Flour, all-purpose
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 c. Salad oil
- 1 lrg Egg
- 1 can Creamed corn, (8 1/2 ounce)
- 1/2 c. Plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 c. Monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 2 Tbsp. Habanero chiles, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Anaheim chili pepper, chopped
Direcciones
- 1. In a large bowl, stir to combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking pwdr, and salt.
- 2. Add in oil, egg, corn, yogurt, cheese, habaneros, and Anaheims. Stir till ingredients are proportionately moistened.
- 3. Pour batter into an oiled 8-inch square pan. Bake in a 375 F. oven till bread is a golden and begins to pull from pan sides, 30-35 min.
