Ingredientes

  • 2/3 c. Water
  • 1/3 c. Minced onion
  • 1/3 c. Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp Light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Chicken-flavor instant bouillon
  • 3/4 tsp Grnd allspice
  • 3/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 3/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp Thyme leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper, to 1/2 teaspoon
  • 4 x Boneless pork loin chops

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients except meat. Place meat in shallow dish or possibly plastic bag, Pour marinade over meat. Cover; marinate in refrigerator 4 hrs or possibly overnight. Remove meat from marinade; heat marinade. Grill or possibly broil as desired, basting frequently with marinade. Serve with Apple Island Sauce.
  2. Chill leftovers.
  3. APPLE ISLAND SAUCE: In small saucepan, combine 1-1/2 c. chunky applesauce, 1/2 c. water, 2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. sugar and 2 tsp. lemon juice. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 to 15 min.
  4. Makes 4 servings.
