Ingredientes

  • 10 c. Unsalted popcorn (popped)
  • 2 c. Brown sugar
  • 2 stk butter
  • 1/2 c. Dark karo syrup
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda

Direcciones

  1. Use a large open roaster, and fill with the popcorn. Bring sugar, 2 sticks of butter and corn syrup to a boil over med-high heat stirring constantly.
  2. Cook at a full rolling boil for 5 min. Start counting at full boil.
  3. Remove from heat and add in the tsp. of butter and the baking soda.Blend well and pour over popcorn, stir to coat. Bake@225 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 min , Cold and serve.
