Carnation Pumpkin Pie

Ingredientes

  • 2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 2/3 c. undiluted carnation evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 x single, (9") crust unbaked pie shell

Direcciones

  1. Combine Large eggs, pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices.
  2. Gradually add in evaporated lowfat milk. Mix well.
  3. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  4. Bake in warm oven (425 degrees) 15 min; reduce to moderate heat (375 degrees) and continue baking about 40 min, or possibly till knife inserted near center of pie comes out clean. Cold before serving.
  5. Garnish if you like.
