Receta Carnation Pumpkin Pie

Ingredientes
- 2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 2/3 c. undiluted carnation evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 x single, (9") crust unbaked pie shell
Direcciones
- Combine Large eggs, pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices.
- Gradually add in evaporated lowfat milk. Mix well.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake in warm oven (425 degrees) 15 min; reduce to moderate heat (375 degrees) and continue baking about 40 min, or possibly till knife inserted near center of pie comes out clean. Cold before serving.
- Garnish if you like.
