Ingredientes

  • 2 lb To 3 lb pork (steaks or possibly inexpensive pcs)
  • 1/4 x To 1/2 c. shortening
  • 1 lrg Onion, minced
  • 2 med Tomatoes, minced
  • 2 x Handfuls flour
  • 2 c. Water

Direcciones

  1. Garlic pwdr Salt Pepper Cumin
  2. Cut pork into tiny pcs. Brown in shortening; add in minced onion and tomatoes; stir together. Add in flour slowly (don't use masa harina!). Stir until thickened as like gravy, then add in 2 c. water. To suit, add in: garlic pwdr, salt, pepper, liberal dose cumin. Stew on medium low for 30-45 min. Serve with refritos, Spanish rice.
