Ingredientes

  • 3 lb Sirloin
  • 4 Tbsp. Dry Red Wine
  • 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 x Onions, sliced
  • 3 x Bay leaves Salt/pepper

Direcciones

  1. Simmer meat with wine, garlic, onions, bay, salt/pepper about 3 hrs.
  2. Shread meat, set aside. Saute/fry onion and green pepper in oil. Add in ingredients for sauce and simmer 30 min more. Good Venezuelan recipe.
