Ingredientes
- 3 lb Sirloin
- 4 Tbsp. Dry Red Wine
- 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
- 2 x Onions, sliced
- 3 x Bay leaves Salt/pepper
Direcciones
- Simmer meat with wine, garlic, onions, bay, salt/pepper about 3 hrs.
- Shread meat, set aside. Saute/fry onion and green pepper in oil. Add in ingredients for sauce and simmer 30 min more. Good Venezuelan recipe.
