- In pan, heat honey, and peanut butter, stirring constantly just till smooth. Remove from heat, stir in carob. Mix well. Add in remaining ingredients. Press into buttered 8x8x2 inch pan. Refrigerate several hrs. Cut into 2 inch squares. Store in refrigerator. Makes 2 1/4 pound fudge.
