6 tsp butter

2/3 c. orzo

2 c. rice

1 tsp salt

3 1/2 c. water

4 x chicken boullion cubes Heat butter in saucepan. Add in orzo and saute/fry until golden Add in rice and stir to coat. Add in salt, water and boullon cubes. Bring to boil. Turn heat to low, cover and simmer about 15-20 minutes till all liquid is absorbed.
