Receta Carrabba's Italian Grill's Chicken Marsala

- In large skillet, heat 2 Tbsp. butter over medium heat, add in chicken and saute/fry, turning once, till lightly browned, about 2 min on each side. Remove and set aside.
- Heat remaining butter in pan and add in shallots and mushrooms. Cook till mushrooms are lightly browned, 3/5 min. Add in Marsala and bring to a boil, scraping up any browned bits from bottom of pan. Add in cream and lemon juice, and return to a boil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Return chicken to pan and cook, turning in sauce, for about 3 min to reheat and finish cooking.
- Serve with warm buttered fettucini.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
