Ingredientes

  • 16 ounce Can
  • 16 ounce Can
  • 15 1/2 ounce Can
  • 1 x Red or possibly green bell pepper
  • 1 med Onion -- red is nice MARINADE-
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper -- coarse grnd
  • 3/4 c. Oil
  • 2/3 c. White vinegar or possibly garlic wine Vinegar Green beans -- liquid removed Wax beans -- liquid removed Kidney beans -- liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. Drain beans. Slice pepper into strips. Slice onion thinly. Combine beans, pepper and onion. Mix all marinade ingredients well. Pour over vegetables and stir well. Marinate several hrs or possibly overnight in refrigerator. Can throw in a rib of celery, diced. Adds a nice crunch.
