Receta Cauliflower & Potatoes ~ Indian style

A wonderful vegetarian dish - totally delicious!

Even those, like me, who are not fans of cauliflower will enjoy this dish!
I use grapeseed oil because it takes heat well and is healthy
Combine sweet paprika, ground cumin, tumeric and sea salt in a dish
Prepare a ginger paste by breaking down fresh ginger and ...
...after mincing the ginger...
...mash the ginger with 1/4 tsp sea salt to create a paste
Wash, peel and cube the potatoes

Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces
After a quick saute of the cumin seeds, garlic and ginger paste, de-glaze with the chicken stock, then add the paprika, cumin, tumeric and salt
Select good coriander leaves, discard the stems and chop
Add the chopped coriander to the cauliflower and combine with the potatoes in the skillet
Softly sift the aromatic garam masala over the finished dish and serve
