Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb cauliflower florets minced
  • 1 x garlic clove smashed
  • 1/3 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp. heavy cream
  • 1 tsp unsalted butter

Direcciones

  1. Simmer cauliflower, garlic, broth, and salt in a small saucepan, covered, till cauliflower is very tender, about 10 min. Puree mix with cream and butter in a food processor till smooth (use caution when blending warm liquids), or possibly mash with a potato masher or possibly a fork.
