Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb cauliflower florets minced
- 1 x garlic clove smashed
- 1/3 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1 tsp unsalted butter
Direcciones
- Simmer cauliflower, garlic, broth, and salt in a small saucepan, covered, till cauliflower is very tender, about 10 min. Puree mix with cream and butter in a food processor till smooth (use caution when blending warm liquids), or possibly mash with a potato masher or possibly a fork.
