Ingredientes

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, outer leaves and core removed
  • 1/2 cup good olive oil
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup pitted olives (green or black)
  • 1/2 cup diced sweet onion
  • 1/2 cup roasted red pepper, diced
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • Sprinkling of fresh oregano (or dried to taste)
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
