Receta CEimB: 5 Layer Mexican Dip
Ingredientes
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped (6 green onions)
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 15 oz can drained and rinsed black beans
- 1 1/2 TBS Pomegranate, Black Bean & Chipotle Chile Sauce
- 3 TBS lemon juice (can you believe I had no LIME?!)
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- DID NOT USE WATER
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups frozen corn â cooked 5 minutes in 1/4 cup water to heat through.
- 2 TBS chopped cilantro
- 3 ripe Haas Avocados
- 4 tomatoes â chopped
- 1 tsp dried chives
- 1 TBS diced jalapeno pepper
