Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce fresh crabmeat
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chopped onion
  • 1/4 x half and half creamer
  • 1 x chopped garlic glove
  • 3 dsh warm sauce
  • 2 pkt (3 ounce each) cream cheese, soften
  • 1/4 c. mayo
  • 1 1/2 tsp minced of fresh chives Or possibly 1/2 tsp of dry chives
  • 1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. sherry

Direcciones

  1. Place crabmeat in double boiler. Pour lemon juice over meat. Add in remaining ingredients except sherry. Heat throughly, then add in the sherry. Place in a shiney chafing dish and serve w/ crackers.
  2. Serves 8 - 10.
