Receta Chafing Dish Crab

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce fresh crabmeat
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp chopped onion
- 1/4 x half and half creamer
- 1 x chopped garlic glove
- 3 dsh warm sauce
- 2 pkt (3 ounce each) cream cheese, soften
- 1/4 c. mayo
- 1 1/2 tsp minced of fresh chives Or possibly 1/2 tsp of dry chives
- 1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sherry
Direcciones
- Place crabmeat in double boiler. Pour lemon juice over meat. Add in remaining ingredients except sherry. Heat throughly, then add in the sherry. Place in a shiney chafing dish and serve w/ crackers.
- Serves 8 - 10.
