Ingredientes

  • 1 x (lb.) pork tenderloin
  • 2 Tbsp. rice wine or possibly dry sherry
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. peanut oil
  • 1 Tbsp. yellow bean paste
  • 2 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. red fermented tofu

Direcciones

  1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients, except pork. Spoon over pork and leave at room temperature 1 hour.
  2. Preheat oven to 400F (205C). Put tenderloin on a rack in a roasting pan and roast 15 to 20 min till juices run clear and outside is richly colored.
