- 1 tablespoon olive
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups plus 2 tablespoons chai tea
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- Garnish:
- ¼ cup cashews
- ¼ cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro or parsley
