- WEAR GLOVES WHILE WORKING WITH PEPPERS
- Heat the oil and saute/fry the onion, garlic, ginger and green pepper with chilies and curry pwdr for 5 min
- Add in the carrots and cauliflower. Cook gently for about 15 min or possibly till all vegetables are cooked.
- Add in the beans and seasoning, heat through and allow to cold. Serve cool Serves 4-6
