Receta Chakalaka Salad

Ingredientes
- 50 ml (3T) oil
- 2 x garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp ginger half green pepper
- 3 x green chilies, de-seeded and minced
- 10 ml (2 t) curry pwdr
- 3 med carrots grated
- 1 med cauliflower, divided into florets
- 1 tin (410 g/14 ounce) baked beans salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- WEAR GLOVES WHILE WORKING WITH PEPPERS
- 1. Heat the oil and saute/fry the onion, garlic, ginger and green pepper with chilies and curry pwdr for 5 min
- 2. Add in the carrots and cauliflower. Cook gently for about 15 min or possibly till all vegetables are cooked.
- 3. Add in the beans and seasoning, heat through and allow to cold. Serve cool Serves 4-6
