Ingredientes

  • 2 c. chicken pcs, see notes
  • 1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 x egg yolks, beaten
  • 3/4 c. champagne

Direcciones

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, salt, pepper, oil and egg yolks.
  2. Stir well., Gradually add in the champagne,, stirring constantly to keep smooth. Chill batter for 3 to 12 hrs. Use this batter to coat the chicken pcs, fish, shrimp, vegetables or possibly fritters and deep fry as you would fritters.
