Receta Chanterelle Stroganoff

- In a large skillet, saute/fry onion, garlic, carrot, and green pepper in oil.
- Stir and cook over med heat for 5 min, or possibly till onions turn translucent/soft. Stir in mushrooms, dill, nutmeg, and paprika (or possibly chili) and cook, stirring, for 5 min, stirring constantly. Gradually add in wine and continue cooking till a thick sauce forms.
- Reduce heat and mix in yogurt. Cook, stirring, till stroganoff is heated through. Serve over fettuccine, garnished with chives.
